SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Our typical shipping times have changed and are now as follows: Most orders will ship within one - two business days, many the same day. In some instances items may take a few more days to ship. In most cases you will receive your order within 5 – 7 business days. We ship via UPS and USPS. Items may be shipped from our office or sent directly from our distributor. Our normal shipping is to the US 48 contiguous states. Call us for Canadian, Alaskan, Hawaiian or other foreign orders.

If you received an item that has been damaged please contact us as soon as possible so we can file a damage claim with the shipping company and reship the item.

Tracking numbers are available on request.

Backorders:

Occasionally an item(s) becomes backordered. You will be contacted when an item(s) is on backorder. Shipping time on backordered items vary. If your order contains multiple items you will be given the option of; 1) waiting to have the entire order shipped when the backorder is filled or 2) the stock item(s) sent immediately and the backordered item(s) sent separately when available. Backorder items are shipped automatically when they become available. We provide estimated ship dates on backorders based on vendor and factory ship dates. These dates can change based on actual production.

RETURNS:

If you need to return an item please contact us for instructions. Items that are returned MUST be in the original package and contain all manuals, parts and accessories. All returned items must be in NEW CONDITION. Items returned after 30 days, missing packaging misused or previously installed are subject to a restocking fee of 10% up to 100%. Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

We must be notified of defective products within 15 business days and the item must be returned within 30 business days. Defective items will be replaced with a new one. If you choose to return an item and not receive a new one a restocking fee will be assessed.

In the rare case that we ship the wrong item to you, please inform us immediately. We will arrange for a pickup of the incorrect item(s) and delivery of the correct item(s).

If you have ordered the wrong item and would like an exchange you must notify us within 10 business days to eligible for return. You will be responsible for all shipping associated with this exchange.

Electronic items can be exchanged only. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging in NEW CONDITION, never installed. Return shipping is to be paid by customer.

Prior to installing items or making repairs to your heating or cooling equipment consult manufacturer’s instructions. It is your responsibility to follow all safety precautions. If you are not familiar or unsure of your ability of the maintenance or installation of heating and cooling systems or related electrical repairs PLEASE CALL A PROFESSIONAL. National Heating & Cooling, Inc. accepts no liability for misused or improperly installed products. Improper installation can lead to property damage, personal injury or death.

Often times manufacturers change the appearance of their products, for example colors, packaging, etc. Some products may not be exactly as pictured. NationalHeatingSales.com ONLY sells factory original products and replacement parts.



Many items are available at our shop. If you live in the Detroit area you can call in your order and pick them up at our shop. Due to our low prices, we need to add a small ($5.00) handling fee per pick-up order.
